Add & Manage Addresses-

If you need to add/delete an address from your account, you can update these from the Settings section in Your Account. The Default address lets you place an order by skipping the “Select a Delivery Address” page.

Note: When you click “Buy Now” on any product detail page, the Default Address will automatically be chosen as the shipping address for that order. Updating an address in “Your Account” will not change the shipping address on any open orders or previous order(s) you have placed. The changes will only apply to orders that you place in the future.

Manage Orders-

  • To cancel order- It’s a very simple process for cancelling an order in Dentalkart. Just go to the order section , there is an option for cancelling an order before it gets shipped. Once it get shipped you can’t cancel the order, what you can do is drop a email to us regarding you cancellation of the order and don’t accept the order when the courier guys brings it to address.   • To check order history- Click on my dashboard to check your order history. You can even check you’re the products in your wishlist and purchase them later as per your convenience.

 


 

If you’re having trouble signing in, you may be entering incorrect account information, here are some things to check:

  • Clear Your Browser’s Cache and Cookies- Your Internet browser’s “Help” menu will have instructions for how to clear the cache and cookies.

  • CAPS Lock and NUM Lock on Your Keyboard- Passwords are case sensitive, so “PASSWORD” and “Password” are recognized as two different passwords.

  • Incorrect E-mail Address- Your e-mail address must be in this format: username@domain.com (or .net, .org, .edu, etc.). If you have more than one e-mail address, be sure that you’re using the correct e-mail address and password combination for the account you are trying to access. Also, if your computer is set to auto-complete the e-mail, make sure it’s the correct e-mail address listed.

  • Incorrect Password- If you’re sure you’re using the correct e-mail address or mobile phone number, try to reset your password.
