We’ve made order placing procedure easy for our customers.
You only need to follow these 4 simple steps-
Step 1 : Selection of the product
1. Select the size, type or quantity (if necessary)
2. Add the product you wish to buy in your shopping cart
Step 2 : Checkout when item selection is completed
1. Click on the CART button to review the product(s) selected
2. Click on “CONTINUE TO PAY” if the products in the cart are as per your selection otherwise click “CONTINUE SHOPPING”
3. If you have a DentalTown coupon or Promocode, apply before clicking on “CONTINUE TO PAY”
Step 3 : Login/Sign Up your DentalTown account
A pop up window will appear if you are not logged in
1. Choose Login if you already have an account ;
2. Choose to Sign Up if you want to make an account
Step 4 : Complete shipping and billing information
1. Fill in the complete delivery address & other important details
2. Select preferable mode of payment
3. Click on PLACE ORDER button
Step 5 : Confirmation on Purchase
Order confirmation message will appear on the screen along with all the order details like order ID, along with the email & sms confirmation
Unfortunately, no changes can be made once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If ordered by mistake, you can still return the items by simply contacting our customer service.
Follow these simple steps to track your order:
- Login to your account and click on “MY ORDERS”
- Select the particular order in your order history which you want to track.
- Click on “TRACK YOUR ORDER” under the respective order ID
- If the status is any other than shipped, raise your concern by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our team will get back to you within 24-48 working hours.
However, we understand your concern & we’ll make sure to update you on every step from order confirmation to delivery
- Order cancellation is extremely simple and easy for our customers.
- Before shipment of the order i.e. when the status of the order is NEW ORDER, IN PROCESS & READY TO SHIP, you can do it directly from the website/mobile app by clicking on the CANCEL ORDER button.
- Once the order is shipped, i.e. when the status of the order is COMPLETE from our side, we request you to contact us and seek assistance for the same by contacting our customer service or simply by dropping a mail at email@example.com.
Also, you can just refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, if you want to cancel an order which has not been delivered.
- We are sorry to know you haven’t received your parcel yet. Our aim is to meet the delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force major events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.
- In this rare situation that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting “MY ORDERS”

As per company & logistic partner’s policy, open delivery is not allowed and thus, a shipment can’t be opened before the entitled amount has been paid to the delivery person.
You can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you may have any concern
