We and our online payments partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team.

In the rarest of rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transactions.

All credit card and debit card payments on Dentaltown are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

We receive your payment either from CCAvenue (if you pay using debit/credit card/ net banking) or UPI directly. Both are completely reliable and transparent payment gateway. So don’t worry doc, we got your back!


We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India and other countries.

Credit cards – We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

Debit cards – We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Rupay debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

Payment through upi like- Paytm , Googlepay, PhonePe,  etc. or e-banking is also accepted.

Internationally issued credit/debit cards cannot be used for Flyte, Wallet and upi payments.

In this rarest or rare occasion because of some issues with the payment gateway, you may have received a debit amount message from your bank but the credit is not visible to us. This is because some payment takes 24-48 business hours to get settled completely. Please wait for sometime, your patience and support is highly appreciated

However, if you still don’t receive any update for successful payment after 24 hours, please confirm with us.


Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing address and the password. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank

NOTE- Before going for the payment transaction make sure that you have active internet and network connection to avoid such problems.

are given occasionally to customers when any sale or event going on the website or if you have refund balance in your account.

Coupon for refund- Dentaltown provides cash on delivery refunds or refunds for the product received in replacement in customer’s wallet in the form of coupon. Customer will be notified within 48 business hours with the credit amount once a coupon refund is initiated. Every coupon has a validity of 3 months in general but it can be increased on request

Note- Coupon amount is non refundable incase if customer returns the complete order in which coupon was applied
