Q.1) Which water should be used with airrotor?

Ans- It is highly recommended to use only distilled water to increase the life of the airrotor as regular water (RO, Tap water) will reduce the effeciency of the product.

I. Didn’t receive what you ordered for?

On this rarest of the rare occasion , we apologize for not sending what you ordered. Please click on “Raise ticket” & notify us so that we can take immediate action.

II. Product not working but in warranty, what to do?

We are here to help you in such a case. Notify us immediately by raising a ticket to claim for the warranty on a product provided. Only after confirmation with our customer support, the product can be sent back to us for servicing and rectifications.

Please Note: Read the warranty/expiry section carefully , given on the product page to check on which part of the product warranty is applicable.

Warranty on any product in dentaltown is against it’s manufacturing defect and errors. Physical damage or temperament with any product is not covered under it.

We do not accept returns made without contacting us. 

III. How Dentaltown covers transit damage?

In- transit damage occurs because of the mishandling of a parcel by the courier people. Compensation/Replacement is provided for such damaged products. Liquid products are more prone to get damaged during transportation , thus we’ve enhanced our packaging by adding extra protection layers of thick cardboards and bubble wrappings.
