**Dentaltown’s return/ replacement policy stands applicable for a specified period of a time,
which means no return requests are entertained if they are created after the passage of 10 working days after delivery.

To create a return request, contact us by requesting a call or drop a mail at email@example.com
You will be provided with a ticket id, for a reference purpose. You can check the status of your ticket in “My tickets” section in your account which shows the status like “Open” , “Process” or “Resolved”
Our dedicated team aim to revert within 24 working hours & tries their best to address your concern
Depending upon the product, a verification process will be followed. After completion of verification process, three options available are:
Exchange, Replace, Refund in the form of credits which you can redeem in your next purchase
All we ask for is the product returned back to us must have intact original Packaging, seal, and the accessories. Reverse Pick up of the products will be initiated with prior confirmation and tracking ID will be provided.
Products not in warranty or exceeds the time for replacement (10 days) are not returned.
The following listed products are an exception to this policy. They are non eligible for return

3. Products or materials are returned only if:
- Tampered/broken defective packaging
- Faulty product
- In the rarest of rare cases, ordered something and received something else.
- Replacement will be processed with a maximum 5 working days upon receiving the products from your end, provided the products are in acceptable condition.
